In order to return any merchandise purchased from Crudas Bonanza,

 

1.   You must call 1+770-291-0617 or email our merchandise return department at sales@crudasbonanza.com to request a Return Authorization Number for merchandise return.

2.   Obtain a merchandise Return Authorization Number (any merchandise returns without a merchandise Return Authorization Number (RAN), your return will not be accepted or approved for refund)

3.  You must return the purchased item with the original receipt of purchase.

​

4.  Merchandise should be in a saleable condition.

​

5.   Most importantly Returns should be made within 10 days from date of purchase

 

6.  Any merchandise exchange shall be equal to the same monetary value as the would be exchange product.

 

7.  We will return refunds via original form of payment. (for example, if you purchased the merchandise via a credit card, the refund will be sent back to the credit card or debit card).  Any merchandise without proof of purchase without proper card information identification will not be honored.

 

8.  Depending on your financial institution, approved merchandise may take up to 7 business days to reach your financial institution.  The rest depends on your financial institution and the country that you are in. Keep in mind that Crudas Bonanza returns approved refunds directly to your account immediately after merchandise is received in our warehouse.

9.  To avoid any delay in refund, please ensure that your approved Return Authorization Number is included inside the package or box containing the merchandise. Any merchandise that is being returned without shipping label will not be honored.
